These eye drops are the only ones that help with my dry eye. They give a âmenthol gelâ feel.

I normally buy Refresh Tears because my eyes respond well to the carboxymethylcellulose that is the active ingredient in this product. I have tried the other major brands to see if their active ingredient would work as well and found that they didn’t. This item, Rohto, has a different active ingredient – povidine – that I had not yet tried. I received my order of Rohto today and have used it twice. I should say I have extreme dry eye issues. Refresh works well, soothing and cooling my eyes when irritated. The Rohto does sooth and cool my eyes, but it also tingled just a bit when first adding a drop to my eyes. Not a bad thing, just different. Not sure why it does that, but in the end, it’s just all about how my eyes feel and so far the Rohto is working fine. Not better or even worse than Refresh, but similarly. Systane never has worked well to keep my eyes comfortable, so finding another product that does is a good thing for me. Hopefully it will work well for others too…After alternating between these drops and my Refresh drops, I have to admit that I still prefer Refresh over these. The Rohto drops sting for just a second when I put them in my eyes and they don’t seem to give comfortable relief for as long as the Refresh drops give me. Having tried all the dry eye drops and comparing their main ingredients, the ones that work best for me (which may be different for others) have a main, active ingredient of carboxymethylcellulose. Rohto’s povidine works, but for my eyes, just not as well. Because our chemical make-up has minute differences (such as being able to tolerate fiery hot foods or lactose intolerance in dairy products to name two), there is a chance povidine would be the best choice for someone else. Best to do your own testing to find out if this one is “the” one for you!

I have Sjögrenâs syndrome and my eyes were burning pretty badly. I got these and my eyes feel great. I only have to put drops in once a day so far! I love it!

I ordered these after a recent eye doctor visit where I was told that the Rohto Optic Glow eye drops were contributing to my very dry eyes while riding my motorcycle. I would put eye drops in about every 30 minutes to help keep my eyes lubricated, but they weren’t doing a very good job. After receiving these, I put a drop in each eye prior to my motorcycle ride and to my surprise, my eyes stayed perfectly hydrated all day. These work extremely well have since replaced all my other eye drops I use. I highly recommend these and they are a great price. 10/10

Saves My Sanity!
Thank you! This drop is a lifesaver! I have severe dry eyes and have used about every prescription and OTC drop out there. Nothing has ever helped me as much as this! I have tried countless lubricant drops, but none of them ever address the issue of chronic BURNING that you get with dry eyes. This is the only thing that relieves that, and helps me keep my sanity, while trying to function all day. It’s also very soothing and long-lasting, so I don’t need to apply it as often. I am stocking up on this drop, so I don’t ever run out!

The eye drops are always great in this brand. I was shocked at how tiny the bottles are. You better off just getting 1 bottle in a larger size. These are so small they’re insulting
