Why did you pick this product vs others?:What an amazing supplement! It arrived in a couple of days and packaging in perfect condition. The capsules are the right size , not too big and easy to swallow. I can definitely tell the difference in my decrease of appetite (and I donât have any snack/ sweets cravings anymore which is amazing!) and  high energy levels! Works great! Healthier version than shots that your body may not need!
Skinny Gal, gave me that metabolism boost I needed to be able to do chores and yoga (that builds more strength,being tone, and energy). Obviously, yoga is way more fun and relaxing than pushing a vacuum! I have only been utilizing for a week and I didn’t notice a big difference in appetite, other than smaller portions. Which is perfect, because we still need our nutrients, we need for health and energy. Using injections that you don’t need if you are not a diabetic is not healthy for your body, and I am sure soon we will find the results of this. I heard they make you not want to eat at all and make you nauseous. This product does not, it is easy to swallow, and it doesn’t have this awful aftertaste that most supplements give you,. Just drink with plenty of water and be patient to see the healthier way to see results. The ingredients are natural, safe, and well designed together. Effective Weight Loss Supplement Without the Discomfort!I have been testing Skinny Gal for almost a week now. I decided to give it a shot as I was previously looking for a supplement to help with bloating. I noticed that not only did this product help manage my gut health, bloating, and water retention, it also helped give me an energy boost without the jitters that I would normally get with coffe or energy drinks. It also helped boost my confidence and I really feel that it made my tummy flatter giving my core workouts an additional boost!I test the product taking it in the morning with vs without food as well as at night with or without food. I noticed the best results that worked for me was when I took it in the am with food. When I took it without food I ended up getting cramps, but that is just my experience. Also understand that I am on the peteit/ smaller size with a more active workout schedule, so my experience may not be the same as yours.I can say however that I found this product to be highly effective and will be placing another order once my first order is gone.
