I really like this derma roller! I use it on areas of my skin that need help with plumpness, and to my surprise, it works as intendedâbut not overnight. Consistency is key, along with using a good overnight serum and a moisturizing hyaluronic acid.My routine is simple: once a week, right before bed, I gently (without firm pressure) roll the areas of my skin that need improvement. Afterward, I apply a high-quality hyaluronic acid serum. On the days that follow, I use a special vitamin serum combined with the hyaluronic acid every night. On the seventh day, I repeat the process until I achieve the desired plumpness.It works, but itâs not without a little discomfort. The pain level is about a 1, and my skin often looks like itâs been lightly scratched for a couple of days. However, these micro-scratches completely heal by day three, and by day seven, I notice my skin looking more plump and collagen-rich.This is a great derma roller, and if properly cared for, it should stay sharp and last for about 20 uses.I definitely recommend it! ð

Hurts
This is okay … if you like the pain that comes from tiny needles piercing your skin. I know these are all the rage, but the thought of using this again after trying it once is not very appealing. I have another one which is smaller and gentler which I prefer to this. I put the hyaluronic acid serum on my skin and then use the roller afterwards to help it penetrate. However, whether it’s this one or my smaller one, I can’t say I’m a fan of this technique.

I can’t say that this will work for everyone, but for me it has worked really well reducing the appearance of a scar, and making my skin feel smoother and look younger. I use this only once a day at night before bed and have been for a few weeks now. After using it, I apply a light lotion, and so far, it really has made a difference. Comfortable and nice case
This is my first time using one of these but I feel satisfied so far. I can’t comment on effectiveness because it takes months to know that, but it feels legit. You have to press hard into your skin. I’m using it with minoxidil on the head. I clean it with alcohol afterwards. It also has a nice case it can be kept in.What I would say is that I’ve had 0 irritation, which is a really good sign. So based on my experience, I give this 10/10.
