replaced leaking micron medium cuff
The cuff of my MIcron Blood Pressure Monitor started leaking. I had a medium cuff. This is a large, but still fits my 11.5 inch arm. I switched the connector that was on the new cuff with the one off the Micron and it worked perfectly. The excess part of the cuff lays flat and does not get in the way. It is as comfortable as something squeezing your arm can be.

Bigger cuff but very inaccurate readings
Honestly it did fit better than the small cuff that came with my omron machine but it gave wildly inaccurate blood pressure readings for me.It was also a pain to figure out how to switch the port pieces with no directions since it didnât come with any. Be sure itâs flush with the piece or it will throw out E1 codes for air leaksIt did come with a few attachments and the blue one was the one that worked with my omron machine. But I will not use it due to it being so inaccurate for readings.Not worth it. It doesnât do its only job right.

Extra-large replacement cuff for adjustable blood pressure monitors. It’s a good item for larger arms. It comes with several additional adjusters. It was easy to replace and connect to my blood pressure machine. It fits very well on my arm.

Good cuff for a decent sized bicep, but the elastic hose is too short
I like the cuff, but the elastic tube that connects the cuff to the BP monitor is very short. I wish it was at least one foot longer. 2 feet would be better. For the price, it’s a good buy, and it seems to take good BP readings. I just don’t like the length.

This pressure cuff works great and gives quick, accurate readings. The display is clear, and itâs simple to use even without help. Highly recommend for home monitoring!

Professional style replacement cuff
With checking my blood pressure twice a day, I’ve gone through several replacement cuffs for my monitor. And even though the manufacturer would replace them for free, I wanted something more durable. Turns out you CAN beat free. The Velcro is much more durable than the felt-like covering of the original, and the included adapters should fit any model on the market. The nylon jacket is very similar to the ones at my doctor’s office. I compared this with the original and found no change to the accuracy of the reading, they both came out the same, so you can replace your old cuff with this one with confidence.
