Total Game Changer for Relaxation!
This eye massager has truly been a game changer for my nightly wind-down routine. Itâs incredibly soothing and helps me relax after a long day â I look forward to using it every night! The heat and massage functions are just right, and the overall design is comfortable and easy to use.The only small improvement Iâd suggest is with the voice control feature â itâs not always responsive, and I sometimes have to repeat commands. It would also be really helpful if a voice command guide was included in the box to make it easier to know what commands are available.Even with that minor issue, I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a little extra relaxation in their life!

I love this! I was heavily influenced from tiktok and lists of “surprising items you can get with fsa hsa” lists.I’m so glad I got this.I wfh on a computer all day, so i frequently had headaches and my eyes would be tired or strained.I got this to try to relieve some of that eye pressure and the first day using it was a little strange to get used to so it wasn’t ultra relaxing, but the pressure and warmth on my eyes did feel nice. The next day for work i did feel fresher and didn’t have a headache in the morning.Now I’ve owned it for a few weeks and use it every other day or so, usually at night and occasionally on my lunch break as a midday reset. I use it on the high heat setting because I don’t feel the lower amount is enough, so just a heads up you may feel the same, but if more is needed we’re already at the top level of heat.I appreciate the voice recognition so I dont have to fumble with the buttons.I haven’t attached it to my personal music or tried any sounds, I wasn’t too concerned with that feature when purchasing so I’ve yet to try it and hopefully it’s an additional star on top of what I already feel.I will say that the noise of operation is loud, so I dont think you can sleep next to someone with this on, and it only became whitenoise-ish to me after several uses. I wish it were quieter so it could be more relaxing.Tip : if you’re into skincare I’ve been doing my eye masks and serums and then putting this on wih high heat to do a mini eye treatment and I see some visible results as well as feel better afterwards, so give that a try!

*update replacement works* Iâve owned these and this one is awful
*UPDATE* after I wrote my review a customer service rep reached out to me. She apologized for the lack of good customer service and offered to send a new one as well as take the defective one back. The new unit works just as I was hoping it would proving the original unit was faulty. Iâm still a bit disappointed that it had to take a negative review for them to step up and actually provide customer service. Sadly I guess thatâs the way the world works lately.All that to say the new unit did work well and Iâve used it multiple times now to test it out and make sure it kept up with its function.***Iâm super disappointed in this product. Mine has a defect where the left eye pops when it deflates and it feels like youâre being flicked in the eye. Iâve owned an older version of their eye mask which did not do this and worked great the reason I gifted it away to a friend was because the only thing it lacked was memory function which this upgraded version has so thatâs why I decided to buy it. Iâm now regretting that decision. I reached out to customer service about this issue first and they wanted a video, which by the way is hard to capture given itâs an air pressure malfunction. I sent it anyways and actually was able to capture the issue and the very audible noise it makes while doing it. All customer service had to say was that it worked fine. So on top of a bad product their customer service is awful as well. Iâm very surprised considering Iâm spent plenty of money with them and own many of their products I figured if I reached out about a very obvious issue theyâd show me respect but that wasnât my experience unfortunately. Iâll be returning this product and looking at buying from another brand.

This massager is so good, you can relax, it gives you the good vibes and you could feel it, the heat in the batteries are very good. It lasts a long time youâll be very happy with it. I am happy thank you for giving me a good product.

No heat and terrible customer service
I have purchased 8 (not even kidding) Renpho eye massagers. I have massagers that are normal, one you can see out of and two that receive voice commands. They have all done well and they do all still massage well. Unfortunately, I purchase these for migraine and Optic Neuritis pain and a major drive for me to continue purchasing these is the heat they state is offered. I have had one that is heated more than six weeks. The rest either never heated or only heated a few days. I will say I use them a lot. I use them every single day multiple times a day, but the heat should not go out so quickly. I contacted the company and they told me to have somebody else try them because maybe I just couldnât feel heat. I did have my husband try them and he agreed that they are not heating. Needless to say the company made no move to send a new pair order to reimburse me for my old pairs. To be clear, I called about my most recent pair and only asked to send mine back and get a new pair. I even sent them a picture of all my eye massagers together, they are all by the Renpho company. Renphoâs customer service would not exchange the massager. I have never asked for a refund and I had never asked for an exchange, clearly they could see I havenât been a problem for them. I very quickly purchased a Breo massager and itâs still heating. Goodbye Renphoâ¦.

I’ve bought a foot massager and lower back massager in the last year but my heart belongs to renpho eye massager. Even though the thing makes a low grinding noise, I’ve come to associate it with relaxation! Love the different heat and pressure settings. I’ve fallen asleep with it on (it auto shuts off after 30 mins or maybe less?). Anyway it’s my purchase of the year and so pretty on the bedside too.

The battery light always red and never turns green despite the charge. Also battery does not last long.. As for the function it’s great!
