We had purchased a similar laser device for our daughter and, after they both talked about it, our niece said she would like one for her birthday. Having had a good experience in the past, we purchased this model–she is very happy with it.This really is a professional device, and it appears to be well-made, with a substantial feel. The business end of the laser utilizes a sapphire mineral window through which the laser fires. This somehow makes the front very cold (they say all the way down to 37 degrees F), which soothes the skin while you are using it. Not sure exactly how that works, but it feels very cold when in use.The laser device comes with an app for your phone which connects to the device to program features. It includes tutorials on how to use it as well as an AI feature that helps you adjust the settings for your skin tone, particular hair color, and where on your body you are using it. I personally would be nervous about using a laser on my skin, but the app appears to remove all the guess work and walks you through the steps.There are different sensitivity levels so you can adjust the strength of the laser to your preference. Our daughter says she turns the intensity down a bit because it is very powerful.Just to see how it worked, I tried this once on my chest. To me it was painless, with only a cold sensation. The laser fires 3 pulses at a time to get to the root of the hair follicle. My wife had an early laser hair removal device several years ago, but it it could not be used on the face and you could only operate it for about 5 minutes before you had to let it cool down. This Saloot laser can be run continuously and can be used anywhere on the body, so it is a big upgrade.Our niece is extremely happy with this purchase and she thinks we are wonderful!

Not working, waste of time and money.
I have been using it for almost 6 months and not seeing any reduction at all. I have brown skin with black hair. The app is stupid and really no use. I wish I could exchange this for a better machine.

Was skeptical but it WORKS!
Reviews on IPL systems are all over the board so we were very skeptical. But we finally reached our end with shaving, and all the issues that can create, so took a chance this one would work based on the reviews. What a great happy surprise!! Upon receipt, and having read all instructions we tried it out. It was completely painless, was quick to use, and easy to operate. The cooling head works perfectly to keep irritation at a minimum and it works on under arms, legs and private areas. We use it evry other day on the recommended setting in the program. After four weeks we have noticed a difference in the volume of hair remaining and what is is much finer and softer. We have high confidence, with continued consistent use, we will be mostly hair free within two to three additional weeks. Yes the process takes some time but it is no more than shaving and should soon be just once or twice monthly maintenance. This equates to solid proven success. We are so glad we took the chance and highly recommend this if you wish to be hair free without constantly having to shave. Also this company has been very consistent in reaching out to insure any questions/ issues we had were quickly resolved. This level of service is way beyond expectations and creates great confidence for us that they are here for the long run for their customers.

Stopped Working
This worked well on the underarm area. Results not as fast as I would have liked with the bikini zone, although I was definitely seeing progress. But then it stopped working around the 6 month mark. The indicator light on the cord comes on, and my outlet works with other devices, so there must be an interior fuse that quit. It will not turn on at all.
