It does every thing I need it to do and more! Easy to use, it looks great, and it has some very cool features. Like essential oil tap holder, and potpourri holder. For me I’m starting to include 3-Step barber facials which includes hot towels service. This machine is perfect for my needs!

Waste of money
Upon running it for the first time it seemed the hot steam barely came out. However it did somehow manage to be hot enough to melt the tube for the cold mist. Also you canât touch the nozzle to adjust it while itâs on because it will burn you. Iâm returning this product.

Heats up pretty quick and the steam feels clean, not like one of those cheap plastic ones that smells weird. I like that it has both hot and cold options, so I switch it up depending on how my skin’s feeling. The wheels make it easy to roll around, but the base is kinda bulky if you’re short on space

This is a product review for Qinrunkoi Professional Facial Steamer with Ozone and Hot & Cold Mist.The face steamer is pretty easy to put together. It is to move around and maneuver with the 360 degree rotating wheels. It comes with both hot and cold mist. I have tried the hot mist many times and the cold mist is new for me. Hot steam is used to open pores so I guess the cold steam will be used to close pores afterwards. The height of the steamer is adjustable and there is also a 30 minute timer. It is overall easy to operate and perfect for at home facials.

Plastic smell, plastic jar not glass jar
The steam is strong but have very weird smell (burnt plastic?) I hope it goes away after use couple times. The The cup is plastic not glass by the way. It automatically shuts off when the water is out. Itâs kinda hard to clean the cold water tank idk if I can run it through vinegar @@
