Disappointing and frustrating product
I tried to start it at least 10 times, but it keeps doing the same thingâheating up and steaming for a second, then automatically shutting off. I followed all the instructions, added water (not even to the max, but more than the minimum), and waited, but it never worked properly.Iâm returning it, but itâs such a hassle since I already threw away the box. If you decide to buy this, save the box in case you need to return it. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing purchase.

Professional Facial Steamer
I been wanting one of these facial steamer for a long time, but wow this one made me a believer. It heats up fast and gives off a solid, steady mist that feels so nice.I use it a couple times a week during my little home spa routine and it makes me feel extra fancy, and I just love it. The design is sleek and professional-looking itâs sturdy but lightweight, so itâs easy to move or store.It doesnât take up a ton of space either, which is a bonus since I donât have a huge vanity setup. I usually put on some music, grab a towel, and just chill for 10 minutes while it works its magic.Overall, excellent without the price tag. Itâs also kind of fun, like bringing the spa home.
