Since we have no ideal how science knows how many Millions or Billions of good bacteria are in each dose I’ll just say Yes! Take this if you have to take an antibiotic. It works. Ladies it works. Just take as directed.Capsule with blan taste.

Tried this probiotic for the first time recently. It arrived with a “free bottle” offer sticker on its cap. I have seen a couple other probiotic companies do that, and it is a turn off for me. Just make a quality probiotic, and you don’t have to entice people to do this or that, or go and write a positive review, etc., in order to get a free bottle.Anyway, I began using this product, and within a few days began to feel slightly unwell. I had a bit more gas than normal, and I began to feel like I was coming down with a cold, which is unusual for me. The majority of our immune system is in our guts, and probiotics are crucial for populating our guts with healthy and helpful bacteria and flora. I immediately stopped using this probiotic and bought a different one here on Amazon that is made by a very reputable company with a long track record of high quality health supplements. Within a couple of days on that new probiotic, I began to feel better. It is now day four on that different probiotic and I am almost back to full health.Now, this may just be my experience with this product. I cannot say with 100% certainty that my negative health effects were caused by this probiotic, even though there seems to be a strong correlation in my case. Go ahead and try it for yourself. Perhaps it will work better for you than it did for me. There does seem to be a lot of positive reviews for this probiotic; however when you realize that there is a “free bottle” offer sticker on the cap, you do wonder how many of these positive reviews were given as a result of that offer. Perhas none. Perhaps several.In any case, whatever you decide to do, I wish you health and wellness.Best wishes to you all.

I’ve been trying so many probiotic products recently but many are fake or don’t work. This one however it does the only problem is it’s not a reliable source as the product is often unavailable.

I’ve only been using this probiotic for a couple of days, and I’ve already noticed some changes. I’m not sure if it’s just the placebo effect, but I usually get bad tummy aches after my meals due to a recent diet change. My gut hasn’t been used to this new diet, so I’ve been experiencing pain during and after eating. After seeing several videos and articles about the benefits of probiotics, I decided to give this a try. So far, since starting, I no longer get those bad tummy aches after meals.However, I’m not sure if I will continue because some doctors say there are risks when taking these unregulated supplements and that most of the time, you don’t even need them. I’ll see how I feel after finishing this bottle and decide then.
