Expensive but definitely works
I tried this Spot Treatment Gel and absolutely loved it. It has a slight green color that helped hide my redness right away, which is great when you have a breakout or small pimple issue. The cream is light and blends in relatively easily. I just put a little on my pimple, and after a couple of days, they looked less red and started to be less noticeable.The spot treatment didnât dry out my skin, which Iâve had happen brands, and my skin felt calm and not irritated at all. I could even put on light foundation without any problems! This spot treatment is a bit more expensive than some other brands, but I think itâs worth it because it actually works and allows me to wear light coverage along with it it.

unremarkable but decent
I got this for my tween and neither of us have been particularly impressed. The redness stage of the recovery period seems to be pretty much the same, with or without using this product. It’s effective as a gentle spot treatment, though, so it isn’t without merit. I will also say, that it doesn’t burn or cause irritation and it soaks in quickly.

After raising several teens with acne, this has been the only product to work. Put it on at the onset of a pimple and it clears up really quickly

It was not a great as the other one
I love this brand, Iâve used it for over a decade. But this particular product is unfortunately not it. Its not as effective as the original spot on corrector.Its great to relieve redness but thatâs about what it all can do. I almost finished my first bottle and it barely made any difference.

Doesn’t help, not as good as the original
They had a spot treatment before that came in the same tube, “Emergency Blemish Relief”, that actually worked. I guess they discontinued it and replaced it with this since it’s out of stock everywhere and trying to buy it on their site directs you to this product’s page.Regardless; it doesn’t do anything to “correct redness”, nor does it do anything to treat emerging or existing blemishes.Really wish they’d bring back the other but whatever. Can’t have anything working these days.

I am not sure how to test this in a properly scientific method, but I have been using a tiny dab of this at night on both emerging and healing spots. I *think* it helps them go away faster, but I fully admit it could just be placebo effect.I can at least confidently say that it doesn’t cause any negative effects for me…no irritation, peeling, sensitivity, etc.

Too runny to cover up redness
This is advertised as redness correcting serum but it’s way too thin to cover up any red spots. However, it does help to dry out spots once they pop. The serum didn’t burn and absorbed quickly, allowing me to follow with my usual sunscreen and makeup application. I noticed faster spot healing while using this product, but there are better options from Proactiv.
