I’ve been taking these vitamins for about 6 months now and they have been great! My hair is growing slowly but surely. So far, it has grown about 2 1/2 inches. Im sure it would grow faster if I’d eat properly (Vegetables & plenty of water). I purchased a year supply. I will see how my hair will be in another 6 months.

Great for dry eyes
I have extremely dry eyes. They burn and are red most of the time. I use drops in the morning and at night which soothes but does little else. Within 2 weeks of using this product as directed, 1 capsule morning and night, my eyes are noticeable less irritated! No negative effects noticed.

Good ingredients and time will tell if it’s helpful
The capsules are large and very difficult for me to swallow so, until I find a way to take them and then decide how good they are, it may take awhile, so I will get back to you with further comments.
