Would rate this higher if I could! I have always had brittle nails from nail biting since childhood and dry ends of my fine hair and after about one month of consistent use this has revolutionized them! My hair is longer, stronger, shinier! My nails are so strong and grow so fast that I no longer have to pay to get acrylics!! Didnât worth the money
Not what I expected didnât work for me. I took it. I didnât feel anything different from how I would regular feel. I felt backed up no energy. I just wouldnât buy this again. Thatâs all Iâm saying I toss the rest of it out Thank you.

Honestly, I donât think I can provide a definitive answer yet, as I have only been taking this product for two and a half weeks. I need more time to see how it compares to my previous collagen supplement. However, I am certain that taking collagen is beneficial; even my hairdresser has noticed a change in my hair. For the past year and a half, I used a powdered form mixed into my coffee, but I found that routine becoming monotonous. I usually prefer taking supplements in pill form, so I’m glad I found this option. I appreciate that it comes from grass-fed sources and is third-party tested, as I try to choose products that meet this standard. The only downside is that I have to take four pills a day, which I divide into two in the morning and two at lunch.

I noticed too much scalp showing in my part and started taking these collagen pills. Two months later my part looked normal again. My nails seem to be harder, too. For over twenty years I wore acrylic nails because my natural nails were weak and chipped easily. Six months ago I went back to natural nails due to an allergic reaction to the acrylic, and my nails are now stronger. No pealing or chipping. I attribute it to the collagen supplements.
