Good for weight but be cautious and do research
I can honestly day these worked for me and losing weight and helping me kick start my new diet. Although I ended up having some muscle lose but I can’t say it was from these but once I stopped taking them everything has went back to normal and no pain or soreness. But loved the idea of helping me lose weight. I might have to try them again to see if it’ll work for me now I have lost 40lbs and my muscles seem betterð¤·ââï¸

I have been taking this product for about a year now. It’s not something that you will see results instantly, or even in a few months. After about 6 months my lab work came back great, cholesterol was down 30 points, A1C was normal. Will continue taking.
