Easy to take
Akkermensia is all the rage and I wanted to try these probiotics to see if they’d affect my appetite. They are easy to work into my daily routine, don’t have a unpleasant flavor or aftertaste, are easy to swallow, and seem to be as effective as my regular (and much more expensive) brand. I haven’t yet noticed an appetite suppression effect but the lower price makes them a good value for the money.

Good idea, and cheaper than ozempic
Need to take in the morning to get the hunger suppressant effect. I am taking daily and there doesn’t seem to be a cumulative effect, and haad to shift to morning or else i was still hungry by morning .Not as effective as injectable variety, as is the case with most medications.Not to be gross, but it Turned my pee a neon yellow color. Seems to be nothing to worry about.

Very nice probiotics!
I’m big on health, and it comes from not being the healthiest person. I have Ehlers-Danlos, which creates all sorts of problems for me and has since I was very young. My body just doesn’t do things the way it’s supposed to, so I have to find ways to MAKE it work. Besides the normal slew of medicine I take a HUGE number of supplements and they’ve turned my life around. I am far more functional on those than I am without. I’m always looking for new “upgrades” for my body, and digestive health has been an issue for me since I was young, so when I saw these probiotics I had to try them.They arrived in a nice jar (shown in the listing) and contained just the supplements, which is all I expected.So far these are pretty good! Since I’ve started taking them I’ve noticed fewer issues with my stomach just running wild and making me feel miserable. Less nausea overall, and less indigestion when I do eat. It will take some time before I’ll notice things like more energy or improved recovery, but I’ve noticed both before with good quality probiotics and I feel these are up there with some of the better ones I’ve taken.A side note, but I’m glad these capsules are medium sized instead of large, and you don’t have to take that many, so it’s easier on people that don’t tolerate big pills (or tons of pills).Overall I’m pleased with these probiotics. They aren’t cheap, but the good ones never are, and you get what you pay for. I’ll try to remember to update this review once I’ve had a few more miles with them, but until then I recommend!

Not sure if it’s doing much except turning liquid output a bright color….
Not sure if these are helping overall health or not. Perhaps they are, as I know you don’t always see dramatic side effects from probiotics. Anyway, one thing that’ll you’ll want to know is that they DO turn your….liquid output into a neon green/yellow color, which may be a bit startling at first. When I looked it up, it turns out that Vitamin B2 (which this has) can do that, as the body just gets rid of what you don’t need and apparently it can be quite colorful.

Jar comes well sealed for safety. Expiration date printed clearly on the bottom of the jar. Capsules appear to be OO sized, easy for swallowing. Two capsules per serving. No off odors or flavors when taking.Now the not so great. I have taken them for a week so far, and my digestive system has not really gotten used to them yet. I havenât felt any nausea, but I also havenât wanted to stray very far from a bathroom either⦠On the plus side, thereâs clearly something in these pills. Beware though, there may be a period of adaptation, or you might not get used to them…
