Didn’t Work For Me
Doesn’t work. Easy to apply. Just bend strip in direction of teeth and apply. After using all ten strips, I saw no difference in whiteness of teeth.

minimal whitening but NO IRRITATION WHATSOEVER
These were only minimally whitening. But! They caused no irritation at all!!! Every other whitening approach I’ve tried has left my sensitive gums with painful open sores. Not these! So I’m fine with whitening going more slowly, since I can actually use these over and over. Also, my teeth feel super clean – like after a dental visit polished – when using these. I don’t know how/why but I’ll take it! I wouldn’t say they “taste wonderful” as described, but they don’t taste bad, just kind of normal medical tasting mint.

not easy to apply
I gave it 3 stars because I do see a difference after using it a few times however the process of applying it to my bottom teeth without it sticking to my lip is frustrating. I’ve wasted 3 strips so far.

Works well once you get the hang of it
Not going to lie, it took me about 3x to really get the hang of application. I was having trouble with the bottom row specifically, as the strip is smaller and my teeth are more spaced out. The strip kept breaking in half right around my biggest gap. You just need to be gentle when applying, so once I figured it out I definitely started to see results super quickly. I like how I don’t have to set a timer or anything, it just dissolves on it’s own. Also these strips do not hurt AT ALL – I have pretty sensitive teeth so every whitening strip I’ve personally tried ends up hurting. Overall good product.

Super Easy to Use â No Sensitivity!
These strips were incredibly easy to use! Just make sure to read the instructions on both packets before applying. I saw a few reviews mentioning trouble with application, but once I read everything through a couple of times, I realizedâdonât overthink it. You literally just place the strips on your teeth, and thatâs it.The strips didnât have a bad taste, dissolved quickly, and left my teeth feeling clean. I didnât need to rinse or brush afterwardâeverything felt totally normal once they dissolved.I usually avoid whitening strips because I have sensitive teeth, but Iâm happy to report these caused zero sensitivity. And the best part? My wife already noticed my teeth look whiter! Definitely recommend.

Poor adhesion
I ordered the POOOF! bleaching strips for several reasons. I have been a dental hygienist for 30+ years and have tried numerous bleaching products. I was intrigued by the fact that this product claimed fast acting and the fact that it dissolved and didn’t have to be removed. I was also glad to see that it was a product from Dr. Dorfman. After reading the intructions and watching the video I was ready to give it a try. After removing the strip from the package for the upper teeth, it was really difficult to tell which was the “sticky” side. On all other products I’ve used in the past, the “sticky” side is very obvious. I placed the product as best as I could on the upper teeth. It stayed in place and dissolved as expected. When I went to place the lower teeth strip, there was no difference in the appearance on the two sides of the strip. I placed the strip as best as I could and it wouldn’t stick at all and just fell apart. This happened with 3 different strips. On the fourth strip, it finally stuck and dissolved after a few minutes. I tried to call the phone number on the back of the package to speak to a customer rep and a recording came on that my call could not be completed as dialed. I am at a loss as to how to get help with this product. I did notice on my upper teeth that I already have some whitening after just one application. I would really like to continue using the product, but I already lost 3 lower strips due to poor adhesion. Really would appreicate someone from the company reaching out to me.
