Its a multivitamin…full of vitamins. Duh. Take it to supplement your poor diet knuckleheads!
Ok so here is the real deal. Its loaded with all kinds of vitamins and minerals. I actually cut the dosage to two pills per day. It has all the extra stuff that a body needs, but lets also be honest, this is not a magic fix all. The body will take what it needs and expel the rest. BUT, on the occasions where I decide to treat my body poorly, I can tell the difference. So clearly its good stuff.Pills are not too large, and go down easy.Does kind of have a funky flavor but it does not linger.

Easy to swallow haven’t seen much of a difference but gain 2 muscle pounds so l’ll say that’s good for a week. Haven’t had any side affects. Doesn’t have any smell. Great vitamin, great price
Ive taken a lot of multivitamins over the years. A lot of them are over priced, have either too much or too little of what you need. I found this one is a great balance of vitamin content at an excellent price. The serving size is 3 pills, but I only take 2 unless im consuming extra due to being sick. The pill size are what’s to be expected for what you get out of the vitamin so they’re relaitvely easy to swallow. Ive never had a bad batch since ive been ordering. Unless something changes, this will continue to be my go to multivitamin subscription.
