Great product!
I been using this product for over a month and I think this is a great product. My night sweats, hot flashes, bloating, and mood has improved. So far, it hasnât taken away all my symptoms, but the night sweats and hot flashes are manageable now. I am taking a diet pill prescribed by my doctor, therefore I donât know that I can confirm that it helps you lose weight. My energy level has increased some.

SO far so good. Has helped a bit with hot flashes and excessive night sweating. Not sure it is doing anything for weight and mood but we shall see after I have been taking for at least 30 days.

Seem to help with some symptoms
Iâve been using these for over a month now and while I donât think it helps with every symptom listed, I do think it helps with some such as hot flashes. I still wake up lots during the night and Iâm still retaining water/have bloat but Iâll keep using them another month see if I notice any other changes. If not, I may end up switching to something else.Update: Three months later I stopped using these. Didnât see a huge benefit for the price.

Didn’t work for me
Being a woman in her 60s, I was looking for a probiotic with prebiotic for better digestion. I had high hopes for this one with the positive ratings and bonus of menopausal support. Been taking it for a month with unsatisfactory results. I actually became constipated and bloated. I continued taking it in hopes my body would adjust. After finishing 1 bottle, it never got any better. Today was the first day of not taking it, finally had a normal bowel movement. As far as the menopausal support, didn’t notice any changes.
