Never going back to a regular tooth brush!
Used to hate brushing my teeth, now I look forward to it! I use it on high, no problem. I only use the clean mode, but it has greatly improved dental hygiene and whitened my teeth already after a few weeks of use. Never going back to a regular tooth brush!

Disappointed & Let Down Again by Phillips Sonicare
This is my third Phillips Sonicare Electric Toothbrush and I’m very disappointed to say that this third strike is the one that broke the camel’s back! My first Phillips Sonicare electric toothbrush worked perfectly for 5 years. I purchased a newer and better model in 2021 which lasted only 4 months. Phillips Sonicare representative convinced me to give them another try and suggested that I upgrade even further in their product line to the Diamond Clean Smart 9500 which was $239. I agreed thinking that the Diamond Clean Smart 9500 must be worth it for at that price and the Phillips Sonicare brand name has always been worth their weight in gold. This was the worst decision! The Smart 9500 model started out great, but in less than a year the toothbrush head doesn’t rotate to provide a proper cleaning. Do not be fooled by the high price of the Diamond Clean Smart 9500 model or any of the other models that Phillips Sonicare sells. Their quality just isn’t what they used to be. I was so happy with my first model that lasted five years and ever since then it’s been nothing but frustration and disappointment! Buyer beware the brand isn’t what it used to be!

Metallic paint around the buttons chipped a little very soon after I got it.Otherwise itâs great; Battery lasts very long, teeth feel extra clean and is easier to get used to than to other electric toothbrushes Iâve tried.

I have used Sonicare for years and my last one finally died. Checked out all the models and this seemed to fit my needs. I am very impressed with the performance compared to my older one. Smooth finish no rubber coating to peal off or get dirty, Price is moderate compared to some other Sonicare models with several running modes. Very happy with this only complaint the new charger base does not have a cavity to wind excess cord like my old one but my old charger base works with this new brush so I still have a hidden cord!

Good item but not so good service.
I have used sonicate for quite a few years. This includes my last four I purchased. Several years ago I purchased the top toothbrush. The product is good but this one broke. The metal piece that the brush head fits on is loose/. It makes a lot of noise & does not work well. I replaced it with another one, same price and quality. Shortly that broke in the same way. So that brings me to the current one. I replaced with this model but shortly it broke in exactly the same way. Unfortunately just a few days before Thanksgiving. I ordered this replacement. It was not shipped or seem to have any activity on it. Not scheduled to arrive until Dec 28 or later. Finally I cancelled the order and ordered one that appeared to be in stock but it did not arrive until the New Year. So as I said I do like the product and used it a long time. I am frustrated having to replace this constantly and at such a high cost. I have received this one and it is working perfectly but if this peice breaks again I will have to seriously consider changing brands.So basically my review covers the extraordinary delivery time on an in stock item. And to comment that this is my 4th one, the 3 previous ones (different models) have broke shortly after purchase.

Over the past 20 years or so this is my 3rd Sonic Care toothbrush.Love it.The down side with my particular product was the enclosed travelling case would not stay closed and kept springing open. Not really useful when travelling.Luckily the travel case from my previous purchase is still in good condition, and I will be using it on a go forward basis.
