    Perfect travel sonic
Both my wife and I needed new travel toothbrushes. We use full sized Phillips Sonics at home and had just not been satisfied with lesser travel brushes. These are excellent, perfectly soft bristles, super quad pacer, holds a charge for weeks and nice sized for a travel ditty bag. The included cover protects the brush but still allows airflow to properly dry the brush. I like this well enough that, at the very modest cost, I’d seriously consider replacing my home full sized Sonicare with this model when it needs replacing.

The best electric toothbrush I’ve ever used is Philips One; so much to love!
I have used electric toothbrushes with batteries for at least 15 years. One is my favorite by far.Compared to the old Colgate electric toothbrushes with batteries, and the Hum with batteries, One is superior with its slender design and convenient holder. I love being able to recharge this toothbrush. As a result, the toothbrush is much lighter and less bulky because it doesn’t need disposable batteries. The ability to recharge makes it a greener and cheaper option in the long run, and it’s more convenient too.The head of the toothbrush is long and thin. I much prefer it the head of the Hum which is very small. The Philips One comes with a much more elegant and functional case compared to the Hum. For travel, it wraps up in the case like a wand. When I purchased the One, I did so because the heads for the Hum had skyrocketed in price. Then I saw the Philips One rechargeable, a feature I’d been longing for, and it was on sale to boot. I tried it out and I love it!One thing to note: the plug into the device is not compatible with any other charging cord I have. I wish there were a few universal designs, or even just one universal design, because it is a hassle to have so many cords for different devices, particularly when I travel.

Have 1 for 4 years this 1 is the same.. READ!
OK so I’ve had the PH1 for 4 years it was the 1 AAA battery model which I loved! Not having to bother with charger & I simply carried extra AAA, it worked great, perfect power, safe on your enamel! & never quit on me. Time to simply buy a new 1, this is perfectly as good, however the charger plug is a worry because it HAS NO CAP OR SCREW COVER TO KEEP WATER OUT! Of course water is going to get into it, so I’m not sure how long this is going to work! I’m guessing not close to 4 years. 2nd. is the timer warning? It’s ridiculous, 30 sec in motor pulses off/on then again at 2 minutes? THEN AGAIN AFTER 2 MINUTES! (3 times for my 4-5 minute cleaning. Truly over thinking like so many modern devices, STOP, KEEP IT SIMPLE!) I brush every morning (once a day) {save your teeth learn! The coating on your teeth is a natural protectant,} & the pulse is perfect! Use mouth wash b 4 bed or brush quick if you have to. Bristle is perfect & the power/charge light is a nice feature the older PH1 didn’t have. Also the charger fits my other Phillips shaver & older water pick it even fit my Norelco clothes pill shaver! All in all I have loved the size shape weight thinness & over all design. THEY NEED A RUBBER CAP ON THE CHARGE RECEIVER !

    Convenient for travelers
Very convenient for travelling and holds its charge well. Vibrations are just like my regular sonic care. Brush is well size with medium bristles. The handle is not fat, comfortable and very similar to a manual brush.

Extremely Disappointed — Poor Design and Functionality
I honestly can’t tell if I received a defective product or if this is just how poorly this toothbrush is made.First, it barely cleans — the brushing power is weak and ineffective compared to other electric toothbrushes I’ve used and especially what I’m used to from Phillips. It feels like a downgrade in every way.Second, the design is just baffling. The case doesn’t even close properly, making it useless for travel. And to make matters worse, the toothbrush can’t stand upright on its own — it flops over unless you awkwardly lean it against something. For a product of this namesake and price, I expected much better. This feels like a cheap knockoff, not a trusted Philips product. Major letdown. Would not recommend.

Proprietary plug, no stand, so so performance
This was a replacement for an older Phillips toothbrush on which the power switch got stuck and it would no longer turn on. It lasted just over 3 years which isn’t really impressive so I did not want to go back to that model. This looked like a reasonable replacement. Having used it for a week or so I can say that on the plus side, it’s small and compact, and it does brush teeth. However, overall, I’m not impressed. The proprietary charging cord requires a USB charger which is not provided. That’s fine, but why the proprietary connection to the toothbrush? Don’t expect to simply replace the cord should it get lost or fail! Then there’s the fact that the charging port is on the bottom of the brush and the bottom is rounded. You can’t stand this up on it’s own. As a result I’ve ended up keeping it in the provided case all the time. I expect to be cleaning the case on a very regular basis as a result. Make the bottom of the toothbrush flat, put a USB C charging port on the side, please. The thing does seem to work fairly well as an electric brush. The provided bristles are very soft and I expect the brush head to require replacing on a regular basis. I’ll update here if that does not prove to be true. Over-all, this thing is not as powerful as older models and I will not likely be purchasing anything in this model line again. I’m also loathe to pay the prices Phillips is asking for it’s bigger siblings so this may be my last Phillips toothbrush after many years.

Love this, purchased 4 of these now. A set for my husband and I when these first came out and now these new versions as the older ones died. The older versions had a cable charger and rubber bottom that came off to plug them in…big flaw because it was not tight or flawed and after use and storage upright it clearly over time got wet and no longer held a charge. The charging system on these new versions is MUCH better and I loved the tooth brush so I’m glad they have fixed it, invested in it again and has not disappointed this time. We use these as our every day tooth brushes.

Compact, lightweight, comes with own travel case. Holds charge for 3 months. But does need special plug for charging

No sonic in this toothbrush. You get better vibration in a normal handheld toothbrush. Waste of money. Charging cable plugs into the bottom of the toothbrush so you can’t stand it up in a glass after use
