Keeping it Simple, Even for the Not-So Stupid
TWO-YEAR UPDATE: I still love these clippers, and the battery is still going strong! I still marvel at how easy it is to brush out the cutting block and guard. I havenât actually checked to see if theyâre still making this model, but if they are, I might grab another one prematurely, just to be sure I have one if mine ever dies.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I’ve had this clipper for a little over a month, and I’m quite happy with it. Overall it’s five stars, with a couple of minor issues. Probably my only complaint with merit is that it could be more ergonomic. It’s fairly comfortable to hold, but without looking at it, there’s really no way to tell whether or not the on/off button is under your thumb. So either make the button a little more distinct (or possibly a different material, like a softer silicone) or make the body curve a bit more so that it naturally falls into your hand with the button under your thumb. Then you could still flip it over as you use it on different areas of your face, but you’d always know which way was up.In terms of the actual operation, it’s great. I frequently touch-up and edge without the guard on, and I love how easy it is to slip the guard on and off — and how easy to clean the cutting block is. I’ve never felt a need to do more than brush it off. The battery life is astounding. They recommend fully charging it before first use, then using it until the battery is dead. I’ve been using it 5-6 days a week for more than a month, and it’s just now slowing down from that initial charge. (That’s mostly quick touch-ups, with 1-2 more significant trims per week.)I’ve noticed that some reviews complain about longevity. I haven’t owned it long enough to comment on that, except to say that my experience so far has been so good that I think I’d still consider it a good value for the price and would most likely buy it again if it lasts a year. Longer would be better, of course, but I think I’d feel satisfied paying $2.50 a month for the convenience and ease of use that this clipper offers.

Innovative, Light Weight, Powerful
There is a reason this groomer/beard trimmer rates an 85%, 4/5 rating. It’s a great product! I’m retired, so I can get pretty shaggy at times. When it’s time for me to clean up, this light weight trimmer makes quick work of my thick heavy beard. The blade is very sharp (self sharpening), runs at a high rev and does not require oiling. It’s a true single pass, low maintenance beard remover that any Marine barber would love!!! Trim height is controlled by an innovative single blade attachment which is adjusted through an integrated thumb wheel height adjuster. This design eliminates the need for multiple blade attachments. It’s pretty much 100% self contained. I have been using this trimmer for months without regret or reservation. Reasonably priced, it’s simply a great all around buy. And taking it on the road is a breeze (a small soft travel pouch is included). The only con might be that the directions are a bit terse. I can’t imagine how anyone would be disappointed with this product.

Its sleek, minimalistic and gets the job done.Love that it only needs one guard for all the lengths at the roll of the knob, its so convenient. You wash once and don’t have multiple pieces lying around and potentially losing them.Though it feels a little flimsy, and i feel the lift&trim comb doesn’t really work as i find myself making more passes to trim to my content.
