Doesnât cleanse very well
For a high end shampoo, this wasnât the best. It doesnât do a great job of cleansing your hair especially if itâs super dirty. I find myself using a lot of the product just to get it to truly cleanse my hair. As for volume, it does a great job and the shine is nice too. I feel like any shampooâwhether it states itâs clarifying or notâ should do a thorough job of actually cleaning your hair. Hair softness isnât up to par either with other top leading brands.
