Helps my sleep. Better, perhaps, if it had 1 capsule dose
I took two at evening meal a few nights ago. Slept pretty well. First thing the next morning I was fine. About two hours later, had not pleasant restroom experience but fine a few hours later. Next night at evening meal, I took one capsule, had no issues, slept incredibly well. It was really great. Next night didn’t take any and sleep was really badly. I just took one capsule tonight with evening meal. I think shortly after taking it I feel extra relaxed. It might be that two would work for me in a few weeks as I get used to these but if it helps my sleep so much with one, I might just stick with that but 0 to 2 was too much for me.

Made a big difference
I had really bad restless legs and a friend of mine told me to try this. It completely took it away. I had it so bad it couldnât keep my legs still even through the day. Iâm very happy now. It also helps me to fall asleep. Iâve purchased several times now and will continue.

I love this product. After SO many years of not being able to sleep this has helped tremendously! I had been taking Ambien CR, and many other things and still not able to sleep at all sometimes. This helps me sleep and I donât wake up with the grogginess of the other drugs.

Not gentle on the stomach
The seven forms of magnesium aren’t necessary you can really just do five for sleep this is just overdoing it which is the reason for the bowel issues. You can just take glycinate by itself actually and leave citrate out of it. I was looking for a cheaper brand than what I use because that brand simply just calms me and keeps me knocked out for an entire night but it’s super expensive. This did calm me but I woke up in the middle of the night with cramps and I had stomach issues that lasted 3 days. There may just be a dosing issue here I’m going to look at my other brand and compare it they may need to just adjust the citrate in this for more calming than colon cleansing. My cramping lasted several days so it’s not really worth it for me to try just one instead of two like the other reviews said. I already have stress Ibs issues. So this was definitely not gentle for anybody who already has a constipation issue
