Second time around trying these and honestly recommend! They have helped me get my cycles back to regular cycles. Iâm not a health professional or anything. This worked for me and it might not for you. But it wonât hurt to try them! I have Pcos and hypothyroidism! And havenât taken medication for it. I started breaking out on my face around my mouth and jawline in November. It started as minor small pimples then quickly turned into painful cystic acne.I tried EVERYTHING topical to remedy the issue but it continued to get worse. I had about 30 to 40 break outs at one time and felt hopeless. I remember an older female who had mentioned this product years back and swore by it for hormonal imbalances. Based on my age and symptoms I figured it had to be hormones. I bought this after researching and this seemed to be the best quality with an amazing price tag. I am so grateful!!!!!! I have been taking this for 7 consecutive days, one in the morning with food and one in the evening with food. My goodness I am so excited to get my face back!!! I have no new break outs and what I have remaining has about 70% reduced in inflammation and size. I can’t say how thankful I am to be on the mend!!!!! 7 day!!!, after 2 months of trying everything you can imagine!! I have not had one side effect either and I watch my body very closely! I would recommend this for anyone that has my same issue. I am a 32 year old female and have not had a face break out issue since I was a teen. Effective supplement for boosting milk supply
Iâm taking this to increase my milk supply and have definitely noticed an improvement. Iâm using it along with moringa, goat’s rue, and torbangun. My output went from 7 oz a day to 19 oz a day. It took some time to reach this point, but Iâm very happy with the results.

Purchased because I was told this helps with breastfeeding milk supply. There is a warning on the jar in very fine print that directs you to a website that states it could cause cancer. That was enough for me to change my mind. Unfortunately they do not allow returns so be aware of that as well.

This is good quality and high potency. I have only recently tried Shatavari as I received a 10 capsule bottle of another brand to try and then ordered this when that ran out. Iâve not taken it long enough to know what the full benefits will be but it certainly lifts my mood. Seems a good price too.
