The formula is excellent â packed with nutrients, probiotics, and superfoods. Iâve used this unflavored version for a while, and while it mixes well and does the job, the taste can be tough to handle. Worth it if you’re serious about clean nutrition

Great value high quality product
I’ve tried a countless amount of supplements. So I will be clear, I prefer things I only have to take once maybe twice a day max. This is a simple product. I take it when I first wake up. It mixes ok, for everything that’s in it, the powder taste like like oatmeal which was surprising. The Big thing was it’s not harsh on you (doesn’t send you to bathroom within 30min to an hour). I’m not saying that will be the same for everyone. I can only speak for my experience. I have had better energy in the morning but not as if I’m taking a stimulate. If you’re trying to supplement this to a new diet or are trying to just add to an already established meal plan at its current price point it’s a can’t miss. The only complaint I can have is that it is only 20 servings per container instead of 30. This is something I would suggest taking daily like a vitamin. If you a lifting and you do protein during or post workout I’ve ended it to that too but I would advise vanilla or strawberry flavored protein shakes. Not because chocolate would taste bad, simply because those are what I’ve actually done.Â

Sooooooo much better than Kiala or Bloom!
Iâm on my 3rd tub of this stuff! I decided to try it after seeing so many ads on TikTok for Kiala. I didnât want to spend $30+ for greens powder, and thatâs when I found this. BONUS: itâs covered by EBT!Iâve tried it plain in water, and itâs not bad. Has a slightly spiced flavor, kind of like cinnamon? It reminds me of this brandsâ protein powder! Itâs not horrible, but it does taste a little gritty and settles if you let it sit. I discovered the best way to drink it:⢠1 scoop of this⢠1 scoop of Arizona Arnold Palmer mix (half lemonade, half iced tea flavor)⢠1 scoop of my collagen powder⢠12-16 oz water & a few ice cubes⢠Mix in a shaker cup & Enjoy!Sometimes I make it first thing in the morning with freshly squeezed lemon juice, turmeric, and black pepper. Or I add some protein powder and make it a thicker, sweeter smoothie. Itâs VERY versatile since itâs unflavored! Can be sweet, savory, spicy, whatever.It helps my energy and a little bit of my bloating! I take a constipating medication daily, so I need help in that area. The only good thing about Kiala is that Iâm running to the bathroom about 20 mins after I chug it. It really does a good job with my bloating. If Kiala made an unflavored product, Iâd prefer it. Oh, and I hate the âKiala burpsâ I get for hours after. Like tropical spinach heartburnâ¦.Try this if you want the flexibility of creating your own flavored greens drink and lots of energy! ð¤

Cant say i trust this brand this the label is vague no vitamins listed if its a super food, has some iron some potassium, fiber, protein, probiotics the ingredients is listed but I need calcium magnesium vitamin a, c, k. The label needs improvement if i am going to buy again. Taste is okay got the regular one.
