Exactly what I needed for my hair to start growing after a baby!
So I had a baby recently and I noticed that my hair was starting to thin out along the sides in front of my hairline and every time I washed my hair, I would loose more hair. This is most like due to a change in hormon levels. I figured I needed to incorporate more protein since I was also dieting and trying to get back in shape. Honestly only needed to loose 15lbs. Iâve been using this powder once a day at night, and my hair has actually started to fill in! Iâm also taking MSM powder, but I think this protein powder is what I needed to trigger the hair growth phase for me. My nails are also growing like crazy and my skin look better as well. It doesnât taste horrid, but there is definitely a taste. I sorta reminds me of powdered creamer. I just use warm water to dissolve it since it doesnât dissolve in cold water. This stuff works and Iâve ordered more.

This collagen works well. Iâve been mixing it in my coffee for the last month and my nails are looking healthier and I have some new hair growth. My bloating has also been significantly better! A normal side effect of collagen is increased thirst but this one has seemed to make me more thirsty than other collagen products Iâve tried. Thatâs not a big deal and actually has helped me with my water intake so kind of a win. Itâs definitely not tasteless, like other people have mentioned. Itâs like a very mild beef broth flavor or unflavored gelatin. I would buy again though for the positive effects Iâve had.

Would recommend.. COLLAGEN HOT COCOA RECIPE (the easiest way Iâve found to consume thisð)
It obvs doesnât taste âgoodâ – i knew that going in. Itâs collagen. (*it tastes better tho than the same brand but from walmart – so assuming there are two formulas of the same product floating around)HOWEVER putting it in hot cocoa has been my favorite method of getting this stuff down. Masks the flavor super well. And if you put extra hot cocoa mix (or just some straight up cocoa powder) the intense chocolate and delicious bitterness masks the flavor ENTIRELY. ***you can still smell the collagen sometimes in the hot cocoa, so if youâre going for a fully masked experience I recommend not breathing out of your nose while you drink itð COLLAGEN HOT COCOA- Get the water as warm as the collagen can take without losing its collagen properties, and do your two scoops first, carefully and one scoop at a time so it disolves entirely and doesnât clump or get stuck to the sides. Stir it a few times.- THEN add your hot cocoa mix- And add the straight cocoa powder (i like special dark) on top to guarantee all flavor maskageð- Add some marshmallows if you want too!(Couldnât find a picture of one of my hot cocoa creations, so enjoy my thumbs up reaction instead)***SOME OTHER IDEAS***Second favorite i would say is in a smoothie, then probably mixed in eggs (and then scramble the eggs), it also works well mixed in instant oatmeal, but you might have to add extra stuff to helpmaskðthatðflavorðThese are all the ways Iâve tried so farðIf you made it this far, thanks and i hope your dat is blessed.ðâ¨

I’ve been consistently using this product for over a year, and it’s become a daily staple in my morning coffee. Main Stay of my Morning Routine
I have been using this collagen for a couple of years since a friend of mine was putting it in her coffee when she came to visit me. I’m not a coffee drinker so I mix it with Advocare Spark each morning and it dissolves easily so I don’t even know it’s there. I quickly noticed a change in my nails that began to grow faster and become much stronger and also my hair is growing faster and thicker. It wasn’t until I forgot to reorder one time and didn’t have it for a week or so that I also noticed it really does help with joint pain.
