Use them like mints. I know they’re doing what they claim.Ya know when you eat something particularly sugary and /or processed, and your mouth tastes bitter after? Itâs okay
This worked kinda okay for me. It improved my breath when I used it, and it didnât taste bad. It didnât work for my intended purpose of getting rid of white tongue. I had to use a different probiotic to further improve my gut health for that. This probiotic didnât work that great for me, but it may still work for other people.Â

Game changer!
Game changer! My kidâs dentist recommended an oral probiotic because my kid kept getting cavities. We followed a rigid morning and nighttime teeth routine, limited sweets, removed gummy candies/raisins, etc. but he was still getting cavities. Added these to the routine at night and BOOM! No more new cavities since. Super effective! Kid likes the taste and texture. Melts pretty quickly.

Taste isnât great, dissolve quickly
Got these to improve breath, unsure if they work for that yet as most of the reviews said to give it time. Will report back on that.I will say though that the taste is not great. Some people said it felt like a mint but it tasted worse than a mint. You are instructed to let these dissolve in your mouth with minimal chewing, however they do not dissolve quickly. I had this thing in my mouth for ten minutes yesterday. Today I decided to just chew it mostly because I didnât have the patience especially with the taste not being so great.

My dentist recommended these. I have used them ever since, I have had great dental check ups since starting to use them. They seem to help the bacterial balance in my mouth to be most effective for my goal of healthy teeth and gums. They even have a nice taste.

This is a winner when I wake up in the morning I put one under my tongue and I can tell that it takes away whatever happens during the night. So if I canât brush my teeth immediately when I get up, this is a perfect thing to use to clean out my mouth from the night before. Until I can get to a toothbrush. In fact, you could take one anytime of the day and you just feel like your mouth is cleaner. I highly recommend this. Iâm so glad I found it. Itâs very unusual and very helpful. I put one under my tongue at any time of day not this morning. I could do it anytime so it will dissolve slower and cover my entire mouth. I never chew it… winner product
