Game Changer for My Oral Care Routine
Iâve been using the Oral-B Genius X Limited for a couple years now and Iâm thoroughly impressed. The toothbrush feels solid and well-made, not too heavy, but with just the right amount of weight to feel premium and durable in hand. Itâs compact enough to store easily, even with the sleek travel case it comes with.The design is modern and elegant, with a smooth finish and LED ring that can be customized. It looks great on the counter and feels very comfortable to hold. The brush head is the perfect size to reach all areas of the mouth, and the rotating-oscillating motion provides an incredibly deep clean, my teeth have never felt this smooth outside of a dentist visit.One of my favorite features is the smart sensor that tracks pressure and position through the app. Itâs helped me improve my brushing technique and avoid over-brushing sensitive areas. The battery life is excellent I only charge it about two times a week.Overall, this is a top-tier electric toothbrush that delivers on performance, design, and technology. Need replacement heads?
The Oral-B website suggests you order the Cross Action X brush head, but the one that came with this toothbrush is just a regular Cross Action brush head.Be careful when looking for brush heads on Amazon because some are from fake companies. Somehow they’re able to link themselves to the official Oral-B Amazon page. I’ve found the Cross Action X brush heads are 3 for $33 while the regular Cross Action is 2 for $31 while another page shows them for 4 for $34. Ugh!I’m going to stick with the regular Cross Action brush heads. Wondering if I should get the sensitive brush heads because I recently had two gum grafts due to gum recession, but not sure if they’ll clean as well as the regular brush heads. The sensitive brush heads are supposed to be compatible with this toothbrush.As for the toothbrush itself, I love it. Used it up to two weeks without charging it. I don’t put mine on the charger everyday though. I don’t use the app either. I just really like that the light turns red when I’m brushing too hard and I like the different speeds available. I recently went to the dentist and they didn’t take very long cleaning my teeth like they usually do, so that tells me this toothbrush is doing its thing.

My husband actually loved it so much, he took my toothbrush & I bought the exact same one in a different color. LOVE this toothbrush! Well worth the price if you brush hard & have to buy a new toothbrush all the time. We just have to change the toothbrush head every 3 months! Super lightweight, easy to pack, clean, & quality is top notch!

Gamifying Tooth Care
The app that pairs with this toothbrush needs some work. It almost never tracks the area Im brushing correctly, which means if I want to get that total coverage credit I have to keep going, perhaps it is intentional to get ppl to brush longer.The toothbrush itself is great, the only thing I would try and improve is how loud it is, though that could just be a me thing. Overall pleased with purchase and have hopes the app will get better.

Power washer for the mouth
My mouth felt cleaner than the non-electronic toothbrushes and the $20 electric toothbrushes. This has lasted me almost three years coming August. The app is great but I stopped using it. Getting ready to order the same one.

La verdad, compré el Oral-B Genius X más por curiosidad que por necesidad, pero desde el primer uso noté la diferencia. Sientes que limpia más a fondo, y la app que viene con el cepillo me hizo dar cuenta de que antes me cepillaba mal varias zonas.Me gusta que me avisa si estoy usando demasiada fuerza, y el hecho de que la baterÃa dure tanto es un plus. Lo he cargado una sola vez en más de una semana. También se siente bien construido, nada frágil ni de plástico barato.No soy alguien obsesionado con la tecnologÃa, pero este cepillo me hizo entender que vale la pena invertir en herramientas que realmente mejoran tu dÃa a dÃa. Lo recomiendo si te tomas en serio el cuidado de tus dientes.

Replaced it once due to battery issue when under warrantee. Now, the battery level will suddenly dived from around 60% to 0%. Please fix this issue in your future products.

I only used the product for 6 months and it stopped working for unknown reason. I tried to contact to their customer serivce. But they told me that they can’t help to fix it because it’s shipped overseas. It makes no sense.
