Great
These non-medicated acne patches have been very effective for me. Easy to use just apply to clean skin and leave on for 24 hours. They reduce pimples without causing irritation, and my skin feels great after use. If you struggle with acne, these are definitely worth trying.

Good patches, lessen irritation and swelling
These work well, especially for bigger bumps. Reduced swelling in some of my deeper acne and lessened the discomfort. With Salicylic Acid, Niacinamide, Centella Asiatica, Tea Tree, Sodium Hyaluronate, I have a lot of confidence in the ingredients. (Iâm a huge fan of everything with Centella Asiatica!) I had no skin irritation from the patches. I would buy again.

Disappointing
Really disappointed. I have used other micro needle brands before, but I saw that this one was really good so I wanted to try it. Usually when I use the microneedle pimple patches, you can feel the little pinch that the microneedles giveâ¦. I think out of the 18 pimple patches that I got, and let me remind you they came yesterday, I went through all of them already because only three of them actually had the pinch for the microneedle. I rubbed my finger along the pimple patch and you couldnât even feel the needles like you normally would. Honestly donât purchase it because the micro needles donât even inject the cyclic acid or Teatree oil into it because half of them arenât even long enough to break the skin. I feel like this company should send me a new micro needle patch

I love this patch. It’s small, almost invisible, and does a spectacular job. Simply place it on the affected area and it will work its magic. I highly recommend it.It works by absorbing fluids and impurities from pimples and protecting the affected area from dirt and irritation, which helps prevent scarring.

I wasnât expecting much, but these patches actually work! I had a deep, painful cystic pimple forming and decided to try one of these overnight. By the next morning, the redness and swelling had gone down noticeably, and it didnât get worse like it usually does.What I love is that the tiny microdarts really help the ingredients get deeper into the skinâway more effective than regular patches. The size is perfect and it sticks well without falling off, even while I sleep. I also appreciate that it has clean ingredients like salicylic acid, tea tree, niacinamide, and centellaâmy skin didnât get irritated at all.Honestly, theyâve saved me from picking at my skin or dealing with a full-blown breakout. Definitely worth it and way better than layering on creams that take forever to work. If you get those deep hormonal breakouts, you need these in your skincare kit.

These patches have helped me a lot with my acne because they are not medicated, you just stick them on the pimple with clean hands and the surface and let them act for 24 hours. It is quite effective. My face feels very good after using it. It does not leave my skin irritated. If you suffer from acne like me, you have to try it.

Overall review
They did not work very well. To explain further using the patches would help reduce some swelling however after repeated use on the same spot I could not get rid of the places. The patches also did not stick well on specific spots on my face even if the area was clean and dry.
