I recently saw this product (along with a few others) recommended by Dr Rhonda Patrick and decided that I need to add Omegas to my supplementation regimen. I don’t expect to feel a difference right away, but the science on this that she presented (and other science that has been around for many years!) Seems clear that its very beneficial. According to her, there ARE superior brands and this is one of them. If I’m going to supplement, I want the best bang for my buck, and I believe I’m getting that.

Good and tested product and the only one I’ve ever tried with ZERO fish burps
This is well reviewed, a good form of Omega 3s, and independently tested by a lab I have a membership to. Best of all, this is literally the ONLY fish oil supplement I’ve ever tried that has resulted in zero fishy burps. Not even one, ever. I’m waiting on my Omega 3 blood test results and will adjust the dose accordingly.
