I use to laugh at the thought of adults needing to eat gummies instead of just swallowing pills, that is, until it happened to me! I recently began taking the weekly shots to help lower my A/1c which also affects your appetite. Taking the large capsules became nauseating, making me stop taking them at all, so I began looking for an alternative. I decided to trust the reviews for these gummies regarding the taste. They have a nice orange taste with NO aftertaste, and are not overly sticky to your teeth! These are a game changer! I’m now a gummy user!

I had the recommended 2 gummies today as my daily intake today (01.04.2025). So far they taste good! I was worried I’d have to deal with fish burps but these didn’t cause that at all. They didn’t even taste fishy, they just taste like orange gummies. I’ll definitely be adding these to my daily vitamins.

They are made with fish oil powder in china. I donât think that they are healthy mostly sugar and palm oil. They are tasty but not what I expected.
