Works great as a culinary mushroom add!
Other than the fact that it tastes like mushroom gravy no matter what you put it in Iâm sure it is healthy but the only way I can consume this is when I need to make a mushroom gravy or something I want to add a mushroom flavor to. I know you canât do anything about the flavor of what you have dried to help us all get or be healthier but I figured itâs worth a mention. Especially for those that think they can put it in their morning coffee!

Great Energy Boost
Great energy boost, taste is interesting but I make a similar tea of my own that works just as great with natural mushroom extracts, so Iâm used to the âheavyâ taste. I just simply add honey and lemon and make shroomaid. I purchased this to resell for my herbal business but I will be buying packs for myself as well for on the go. I like the fact I can get very similar affects and a great energy boost just with one powder and my kettle.

Review Efficacy not Flavor
Ok, so after reading so many negative reviews on the flavor I was dreading drinking this. Didnât stop me from getting it though, as I am after benefits and results.I am only on my fourth day so my review is based on that.I am just getting out of advanced adrenal fatigue, Iâve had terrible inflammation and all the symptoms and my endocrine system totally wack. It was from long term stress and trauma, as I am actually a very healthy person minus my bouts of caffeine. I have extreme brain fog, sometimes I donât know if itâs the AF fog or remnants of aphasia from brain damage from a really bad migraine episode that resurfaces sometimes. Maybe combination. Anyways, between the brain fog and extreme fatigue I have been looking for ways to get feeling closer to normal, dozing off in the middle of conference calls with clients or completely spacing out to who or what I was talking about is not productive to say the least.I got the delivery later in the afternoon and was so excited to take it i took it right away, it was 5pm and I had a hard time falling asleep that night.The next few days I made sure to take it in the morning ðI wake up at 4:30am and try to eat by 5:30 after a light workout, meditation, cold shower etc and when I eat is when I have been taking it.I usually drink a Guayaki Yerba Mate around 7 am to make sure I donât doze off in the next few hours, but the last couple of days I have not felt the need for it. I am still not energized like my old self but my base line right now is pretty bad and pretty low. I can imagine with someone whoâs energy baseline is more on the normal, this will be wonderful.As for flavor, well first Iâd like to say that reviews should not be based on flavor when item reviewed is not acquired for flavor enjoyment. Those reviews are useless, unless the flavor is indicating a product that is spoiled, rotten or not ârealâ.NOW for the flavor of this particular powder, I donât know what people are talking about! Even my teen daughter likes taking it. If you take it plain it may be a bit tasteless or like drinking plain earthy tea powder, but we added ir to some organic almond milk, added a little bit of ginger powder and cinnamon and itâs taste really good!My daughter keeps wanting to make it 2x a day! I think it would taste great in golden milk, but we drink out golden milk at night.If I remember to do it Iâll will update on how Iâm feeling, and anyone with adrenal fatigue also coming up in this, I feel your pain!

Well I’m not sure about all the benefits people say the get from drinking mushroom coffee. The taste was ok I won’t buy again

I love this medicinal mushroom blend!
I love to have options as to how I take my medicinal mushrooms and this gives me not only all the options but more control about what is in my food and/or drinks over say pre-made coffee mixes with instant coffee. I mostly like to mix this with my matcha tea, a coffee, hot chocolate or a smoothie. I believe it’s been helpful for some of my health conditions as my blood work has improved greatly and I seem to have a bit more energy and sleep better as well.

Strong mushroom flavor, doesnât dissolve as well as other options.
Dissolved ok. Far more residue than Stametâs or Myco Guardians. Stronger mushroom flavor compared to the other 2 and Iâm not crazy about the undissolved powder on bottom of mug.I like the mushroom mix. I dislike the pouch package. The others come in tubs with screw on lids and little scoops. The bag doesnât fit as well in the cabinet, inevitably the zip top isnât closed well so dust puffs out or it spills in the cabinet.So 3 stars, seems like a nice mushroom mix but doesnât dissolve well, stronger flavor than I prefer in mushroom cacao and not crazy about the packaging.
