Awesome product!
Really great! Iâve noticed my appetite is more regulated and Iâve been less compelled to over eat. I also feel more energized for longer after I eat. The texture is a little gummy and sticks on my teeth, but the flavor is great! I love apple:) very easy to eat. The ingredients are clean and no bad taste. Very good!

Iâve really enjoyed adding OLLY Metabolism Gummy Rings to my daily routine. The apple flavor is delicious (no harsh vinegar taste) and the texture is soft and chewy. Great little gummy
Flavor is amazing as well texture, it really feels like youâre eating a piece of candy! Iâm on day 12 and I can definitely feel a difference in energy levels in the morning. I havenât lost any weight but I can feel itâs helping with digestion and gut health.

Once a day for more energy and curbed appetite
These are great! I noticed a change in my appetite pretty quickly and had more energy. The gummies taste great. I take one every morning about 45 minutes to an hour before breakfast. Just make sure you take them daily. The longer they sit, they do get a little hard but are still very edible.

Energy Boost!
I have been taking these for a month, now, and absolutely love them. I was skeptical at first, because supplements like this tend not to do much for me in terms of energy, but I actually bought them in the hopes that they would help with my food cravings. On that score, they haven’t helped. But in terms of boosting energy, I have noticed a *significant* difference in my energy levels throughout the day. And I’m someone who suffers from bouts of almost debilitating fatigue at times, so this has been nothing short of a miracle. I just hope the effects continue.The flavor is a delicious green apple, which I love and consider it a little “treat”. I am not finding the gummies to be too hard or too chewy, although they do take a minute or two to thoroughly chew. I take one chewy in the morning and one in the afternoon, and my energy levels stay consistent until bedtime. I will also add that, since I started to taking these, I’m finding that I’m sleeping better (could be a coincidence) and that I don’t wake up as groggy or with the “brain fog” that has plagued me for quite some time. Also, I can take a nap in the middle of the day (i’m retired) and these do not interfere with sleep OR make me feel too wiped-out for the rest of the day. In the past, even a short nap very often wiped me out for the rest of the day.Although these are pricey, I feel they are worth every penny. I highly recommend these for anyone who feels as though they need a little boost throughout the day. I do wish they helped suppress appetite and cravings, but maybe I’ll stumble across something else for that.

Okay so these tasted absolutely amazing. My issue is that even when taking after eating it, they caused me severe heartburn and acid reflux. Just keep in mind the side effects of the ingredients. Iâm sure everyone is different but I just cannot take them.
