Great cleaner and moisturizer
I have dry eyes . I use this twice a day and it seems to help my eyes to produce more tears and the moisturizing element in the foam. Just feels good after application.

Original formula works great
I am prone to getting blocked meibomian glands and my optometrist recommended I use Ocusoft. I usually use the original formula foam. I was using it twice a day, every day. Worked great and cost effective compared to the wipes. The original formula came in a much bigger bottle and it expired before I finished the bottle, which lasted me 2 years, I think. I havenât had any re-occurrence for quite a long time and forgot all about it. Now theyâre coming back. I was having dry eye problems lately so that should have been a clue. I just started using this extra strength one to see how it works, as I kind of like the idea of being able to leave it on so it can help break down the oils better. This one stings but I donât know if itâs because my eyes are so irritated and sensitive right now so I will keep using to see if it gets better (the original didnât sting at all). I will update when Iâve been using it for longer. This comes in a much smaller bottle but itâs still reasonably priced and will probably last a decent amount of time.

I have a lot of issues with dry eyes, and I need to keep my eyes clean. I have found this to be the perfect way to remove make up or any soil around my eye. It does not burn and it has helped my eyes keep from itching so much.

Fantastic eyelid cleaner. No “scrubbing” required. Economical. Here’s what I do…
This product does a fantastic job removing residue of dried eyedrops, tears, and other secretions/debris from the eyelids. As a result, the eyes are not chronically irritated by this residue, which normal washing with soap and water does not remove. So the whites of the eyes are whiter and less red, and the eyes do not have that itchy feeling. And it is not necessary to use eye drops as frequently. The product does not sting the eyes if you get some of it in your eyes. It does not feel good, but it is not terribly unpleasant.I learned about this product by accident; I was completely unaware of this product or similar products. The enthusiastic reviews of this product that I read on Amazon are entirely justified.Here is what I do: I quickly depress the plunger on top of the bottle to dispense some foam into the cupped palm of my hand. Then, I use my index finger to scoop up half the foam and gently rub it across the eyelid of one closed eye. Then, I use my index finger to scoop up the rest of the foam and gently rub it across the eyelid of the other closed eye. The product is a liquid that is converted to foam by quickly passing through a nozzle, so it is necessary to apply the product to the eyelids without delay. Then, I gently rub back and forth sideways on the eyelids as if massaging the product into the eyelids. Then, I rinse my eyelids with warm water to remove the excess product and debris that has been loosened by the product.The product not only removes the debris, it seems to act as a skin moisturizer and conditioner for the eyelids. So your eyes feel clean and fresh in a way that I had not experienced for MANY years. I do this in the morning after I have showered and washed my face with soap and water, and I do it in the evening. It is hard to overstate the utility of this product.Using the product in this manner, my first bottle lasted nine weeks. So the cost no problem, especially considering how valuable the product is.

Pheferities Serious Dry Eye Condition. Use product twice a day for about a year. I was having eye infections almost every 3mos. I have not kept a good record but I estimate that my affections have lessened and I have not had one now for about 5 to 6 mos. I attributed the improvement to the use of OCoSoft Plus.
