Brought my low vitamin D levels up
Works! I had a vitman d level of 17 and my new blood work showed 123 so now slightly elevated. Highly recommend for low vitamin d folks who want to get their levels up. Just remember its a temporary tool to get the levels up and then you’ll want to lower the dose do something like 1000 IU’s (of course consult your dr)
