Good quality but large softgels
The fish oil seems to be good quality and there is no noticeable fishy aftertaste, which can be a problem with some brands. The EPA and DHA amounts are solid for the price.The softgels are pretty big, so if you have trouble swallowing larger pills, that might be something to consider. I have not had any digestion issues or burping after taking them.Good option if you want a higher dose omega-3 and donât mind the pill size.

Good Omega 3 supplement for the price with slight fishy smell.
Good price supplement from one of the more reputable supplement company. The only drawback is that it has slightly fishy smell which is somewhat common for this type of product. The size of the pill is not not small but not overly large either. Overall pretty good product but I think I will stick to one without odor like the one from Sports Research which I also ordered same time as this one though it costs bit more.
