Great multivitamin
I have picky teenagers so I bought this for them. They take it with lunch or dinner daily without any problems. No stomach upset or any reactions. Older one is getting her bloodwork done soon so weâll see if she deficient or if this multivitamin is given her what sheâs missing dietary wise. No issuses with the product ever. I chose this product because they have third-party testing and itâs made in the USA as well.

These are wonderful
These are amazing!I usually get tired after taking a regular multi. These I took in the morning and I was prepared to be tired, I didnt have work or nothing, but instead I felt very focused and present. Had energy. When I went to bed I went straight into an intense deep sleep and had an amazing dream. The dream felt so real and felt like it lasted all night. I had to get up to grab a package and had no problem going back to sleep like I usually do. I highly reccomend these.
