Good digestive enzymes
These are pretty good digestive enzymes, they worked on the short term for me. Unfortunately, because of the bromelain I started having stomach cramps. Bromelain comes from pineapples, and too much bromelain is too acidic for me. I will stick with Digestive Bitters for now.

Mid- digestive enzyme
Itâs okay. It doesnât help near as much asâPure Encapsulations Digestive Enzymes Ultra with Betaine HCl.â â I was looking for a cheaper alternative, but when using this I still got pretty bad gas and bloating âalthough â- not as bad as if I took nothing. With Pure Encapsulations Digestive Enzymes Ultra I get NO gas or bloating at all. Itâs truly lovely. It even helps my acid reflux so I switch back bc itâs worth paying more.
