Best cost
Nutricost Ashwagandha pills are a great valueâ5/5 for sure. The price is much better compared to other brands Iâve tried, and they work just as advertised. Iâve noticed a real difference in stress and overall mood since taking them regularly. The pills are on the larger side, so that might be something to keep in mind if you have trouble swallowing capsules. Otherwise, no complaintsâhigh quality and effective.

Update after 4 months of consistent use
Iâve been taking this supplement for 4 months and I do have to say I havenât had a panic attack in a long time. I generally feel calmer and less anxious. Iâve been on anxiety medications for 4 years yet still experienced panic attacks and waking up feeling uneasy. Ever since using this product, combined with some other supplements for mood regulation, I would say this stuff works. As for sleep I do take the supplement at night but I still have trouble falling sleep, but Iâve always have so Iâd didnât expect it to magically fix that. Libido hasnât changed, still low due to the medications Iâm on. I do find it helps a lot for working out and athletic performance. My stamina has increased and overall endurance. I donât think itâs a placebo, Iâve genuinely have tried many products and prescription medications and Iâve never felt more at ease in my life than now. Iâm excited to see how things go as I continue to use this product. To be fair, the effect isnât going to be some life changing effect, but you will slowly notice the effects and when you reflect on your overall stress levels youâll find that you are happier and calmer, for me at least. As for testosterone levels I have no idea I havenât had my levels checked. But overall reccomend! Stick to it and take it everyday and youâll see improvement!

PCOS girlies, look into this!
Iâve been taking this for about 3 months now and can genuinely tell a difference from when I am taking it versus when Iâm not. I overall have more energy and feel like Iâm retaining less water weight. Iâm also sleeping much better! If you have PCOS like me, Iâd highly encourage you to look into the benefits of taking it! The size of the pill isnât terrible either, so swallowing isnât bad! The bottle is an easy open bottle so no struggling to get it open.

Trying something to help with menopause. Seems to be helping me sleep. There is no taste. I was taking during the day, but they made me sleepy. Switched to night and sleep much better than I have in years.

I cant sleep unless I take something my mind just runs all night. I take this on the nights I dont take my heavy meds and they work wonders. Work much better than Valerian root imo. Just 2 of these and you’re mind will be calm.
