Good quality and satisfied. It has just a bit of green tea ðµ which gives it a few milligrams of caffeine, like less than 8, not much, but I didnât expect it, so just wanted to inform. Overall, very good.

I was looking for an all natural way to help my body regenerate. To me, it is a real bummer this product has caffeine in it. The idea of caffeine just seems an artificial way to give you energy. Exercise, eating right, including a balanced supplement, and good rest is the best and natural way to have balanced energy. My fault for not reading the ingredients before buying.

I had pretty bad gallbladder pain and took this along with Tudca and Bile Acid Factors and my pain has gone away. I can’t say for sure that it was this product but I think it definitely helped.
