Better Than Higher Priced Supplements
I was buying concentrated fish oil from a naturopathic pharmacy at three times the cost. These softgels pack the same amount of EPA and DHA (the important acids) in every capsule as the higher-priced alternative. Most fish oil softgels have a lot less concentration and you have to take 6 or more per day, but not with these. I’ve also found that these softgels are easy on my stomach, with no nausea or reflux, due to the enteric coating (which prevents digestion in the stomach and delays it until the softgel reaches the small intestine). I am delighted that good quality, concentrated fish oil is more affordable and thus more available, because the health benefits are amazing.

Perfect So Far!!!
Iâve only taken these capsules two days so far, therefore I cannot attest to their longterm efficacy, otherwise I would have given five stars. I was pleasantly surprised that I experienced only one tiny fishy burp approximately 30 mins after taking the supplement. Iâm guessing the enteric coating did itâs job. The fishy taste was almost non-existent and only apparent during that one burp. Now Foods is a very reputable brand with high quality supplements at an affordable price point. Omega 3âs are recommended for the healthy functioning of mitochondria (your cells powerhouse). Healthy mitochondria are key for delayed aging and higher energy levelsâ¦so off to take another capsule I go! The one caveat is these capsules are not for rookies who donât like swallowing relatively large pills. Not a problem for me, but I thought it was worth noting for those who prefer taking small capsules only. Definitely worth the price tho. So glad I purchasedâ¦Will purchase again, unless I grow and extra finger or something weird after finishing the bottle. Lol! ð
