Quality and Cheap
I did not like this at first. I kept getting the fishy burps after taking it. But the secret is to make sure you eat with your meal. You can still taste it but itâs less potent and digests better in my opinion. I take 1 lunch and 1 during dinner.I think itâs been helping my inflammation but I also take vitamin D with this supplement. My muscles have been less tense after a couple of weeks of taking it everyday.
