I am not the biggest fan of multis in general because they are too general and not specific for what each person needs (they always have too much of what I personally do not need and not near enough or not any of what I personally do need,) but this vitamin is probably about as close as I can get to serving my specific needs, and it has a lot of other good things in it that help me feel better. The serving size is 3 pills, but I just take one at a time, usually no more than 1 a day (I also take prescription vitamin injections for a health condition, etc, so I try to be careful not to overdo some things. I usually take one pill a couple of times a week at most.) This multi does help me feel better when I do take it regularly and my hair has gotten longer and healthier and my nails have gotten shinier and stronger and my brain fog has cleared a lot and I have more energy. I do take other vitamins and supplements, but I do like this multi a lot. It is probably the only one I will ever use again and feel comfortable and safe doing so. And I love how much of what is in it, and all of the extra supplements in it are great as well! Just perfect, really for a multi. But I do take only 1 pill at a time instead of the recommended serving size of 3 pills. YMMV.It does have a lot of B vitamins, so if your urine is a little bright after taking this, do not be concerned.They are large pills, so if you have trouble swallowing large pills, I would def look elsewhere. I take 1-2 dozen pills of all sizes every day (for my serious, chronic health condition, unfortunately,) so it doesn’t bother me, but it could certainly be a barrier to some.

Great Multi for Women
I like these. They are coated with a gel that is easy to swallow and doesn’t taste like hell. They don’t upset my stomach like many other multivitamins do. A lot of folks review vitamins and remark how they feel more energy (or not) from them… I don’t really “feel” different when I take or don’t take vitamins, no matter how expensive they are. They are not caffeine supplements! Vitamins work by keeping your body running optimally, not but altering your chemistry the day you start taking them. If you feel full of energy the day you take a vitamin, you might want to check the label to see if you’re getting chemical stimulants like caffeine.However, if I don’t take good quality vitamins regularly I do notice I feel rundown and get colds easily. Or, if I take ones that make me feel sick, I certainly notice that. But otherwise I don’t notice a thing. Multivitamins are designed to give your body the building blocks it needs to run and repair, and they help your body stay strong and well over the long haul. These have a good mix for women and I find that in general Now products are high quality and they pass independent quality tests on a regular basis. I LOVE that the iron is low even though these are designed for women. Too much iron is BAD news and damages you organs. And the formulary blend for women is full of good stuff. After much research and many multi’s, this is the one for me. I usually only take one a day, which makes the price fair.

No complaints here. I was never big on multivitamins so I was pretty pleased to find these. Though taking three a day is a big dose for me, the fact that they are soft-gels makes it much easier. I take all three soft-gels at night with a small snack and have had zero tummy issues with them. I also don’t get the weedy, herbally after-taste like I have with past vitamins. Only noticeable side effect that I’ve experienced is neon bright urine that persists no matter how much water I drink (I’m assuming there is quite a bit my body isn’t able to absorb.) This goes away after a day of not taking them, so it’s personally not concerning.I also researched these before buying and found they got a nice A-rating on Labdoor as well (nonprofit clinical labs that test popular supplements for safety and efficacy […] ) The only thing I would warn on is according to the label accuracy results, Now Eve scored quite a bit higher than what the label states on numerous vitamins and minerals. For me personally, the more the better since my diet it pretty atrocious, however, someone with a well balanced diet or already naturally getting a lot of vitamins may run the risk of vitamin toxicity.

Best Multivitamin For Women I Have Found
I take 3 of these every day and have been doing so for about 5 years now. I can tell a big difference when I run out and stop taking it for a while. I feel weaker. Then when I start taking it again, I feel better again! I took it with me to my OBGYN and had her read the bottle to see what she thought. She said that it had some excellent ingredients and she gave it her thumbs up.
