So Iâve been taking this supplement for a little over a month. My blood pressure was hovering around 150/90 before I started taking it. After 30 days I am down to 129/77 (with a 69 pulse which Iâve never seen before. Usually Iâm 90-100) and I plan on continuing with this supplement because though the changes are very gradual there are definite changes in my blood pressure, stress response, and general health that progresses every week. Itâs important to note that Hawthorn is a slow acting herb and will not work instantly. But itâs powerful and I feel confident that in time it will definitely produce the desired results. Fully expecting to see my blood pressure continue to decrease the longer I take this per the pattern Iâm seeing after month one.Stick with it. It works!

Saw no improvement
I have high blood pressure. I was interested in these because they’re marketed specifically for blood pressure. I saw no change in my bp readings and did not feel any different while taking these. Before this I was trying hawthorn berry supplements and that did make me feel calmer and more relaxed. Everyone is different so it may work for you. I am not overweight and I don’t drink or smoke, and I eat okay so I was hoping supplements would bring my reading down a few points.

Finally something that works!
I started taking this product not long ago because my blood pressure medication did not seem able to lower my pressure and keep it there for 24 hours. I’d take it in the morning and by evening my bp would be borderline high. I noticed when I added Now Foods Blood Pressure Health in the evening, my blood pressure started reaching optimal levels day after day. Finally, I noticed it was actually a little too low, so I stopped taking my meds and just took the Now Foods formula in the morning in place of my bp med. Well, so far my blood pressure today was 118 / 82, compared to 140 / 92 with medication. It’s a little early to say for sure, but so far I’m very impressed with this formula, and am optimistic that I will be able to do fine with it alone. This is the first supplement that has really had any positive effect on controlling my high blood pressure, and I have tried other products that were far more expensive. I’m so glad I tried this!
