Great Value and Very Functional Product!
Iâm very happy with my purchase of this Professional 3 in 1 Facial Steamer! Itâs affordable and very functional. The assembly was super easyâit only took about 5-10 minutes with the clear instructions provided.The steamer offers both hot and cold mist, which is fantastic. The hot mist opens pores and helps with deep cleansing, while the cold mist helps shrink pores and lock in moisture. The mist is very gentle and comes out at the perfect temperature, no risk of burning your skin with the hot mist!I highly recommend this for small beauty salons or home spas.

Easy to assemble, improved and values for your money.
I love my face steamer. This is the second one I buy but, I like this one better because the stream of steam is stronger and better. Also the light on this machine has touch buttons vs my older one had press buttons and it has three different light settings vs my old one had only one light setting. It is very easy to assemble. Only down fall is the water container smaller and lower quality than my last one but over all I love it. I do recommend this product, over all I think facial machine has been improved.

The instructions only had so much luckily I had someone else put it together cause I was confused. Iâve had it and didnât start using it til about 8 months after I bought it during school. It stopped working on me because I was putting tap water in it when I would go to my clients homes since Iâm mobile but Iâm hoping white vinegar fixes the issue and I donât have to but another but it was definitely worth the money!!! The light is wonderful and steam was perfect!

Not worth it.
This is my honest opinion.Assembling the steamer was easy, however the performance is not. The container is hard plastic not glass. The steamer sizing is fine not too small its the average size, but it does not work with distilled water. This only works with tap water. The smell was good if you wanted to do aromatherapy facial because it had a section for that. This steamer is honestly not meant to do facials. This steamer does not work with distilled water which is needed to perform beauty services. It requires tap water. I had the steamer for less then a month and it started to fall apart. First the steamer would beep if it did not detect any minerals in the water, which means âtap waterâ. Second when I did put tap water and let it steam out then added distilled water it beeped the entire time even though that is what the direction said. Sometime later I noticed the steamer began to wobble, then out of nowhere the wheel fell off. Luckily It did that while I was not servicing a client because that couldâve been a law suit if it tipped over & the boiling steamer burnt the client. None the less I contacted customer service & they were prompt with sending me the necessary parts. I felt like this steamer is a liability so I requested a refund instead & gladly shipped back the steamer. I would not recommend this product at all. Just invest in a proper class steamer.

Loop attachment
I purchased this product twice and both times, the arm attachment to the loop slowly cracked. There is no way to re-attach the loop once the arm has cracked around the pole.

I forgot to record the mag lamp part, but that works well too! This is the first steamer Iâve actually owned my self, but itâs better than the steamers Iâve used in the past. I did have the beeping phenomenon that other reviews had, but I gave it a little time to warm up the water before I tried turning the UV light on again and then it was working fine. Iâm guessing that the UV light is supposed to be the âozoneâ. 𤷠I used distilled water, like we are normally supposed to, even though it says to use tap water and it was fine. If the distilled water doesnât work for you, then try the tap water. Only thing I would change is the size of the clamp for the mag lamp. It obviously has the option to attach to the steamer, which is fine; however, I like to attach it to my table, but this clamp wasnât wide enough for my table (which is a standard width, so Iâm not sure what the intended use was for the clamp ð )⦠but yeah, if it doesnât work right after opening and assembling it, be patient with it. ð
