Currently, I am halfway through the first bottle. I take two capsules immediately after lunch. It does not leave any aftertaste. If consumed with lunch or any meal, it will not cause burping. However, without food, it will cause burping. It did not cause any stomach discomfort for me. Despite having a sensitive stomach, I found it to be tolerable. I chose this because my vitamin D level was a bit low and wanted to increase that while having the benefits of fish-oil.

Best fish oil period!
My husband and I have been using these for over a year now and his cholesterol is now in the normal range, and they help with mood as well. Love the addition of the vitamin D. This brand never causes burping up fish taste. The pills them selves have a lemon flavor so they are not hard take at all.

Quality over taste
The quality of Nordic Naturals is very high, however, they do have a moderate fishy smell. Make sure to take them with plenty of water and wash your hands after to eliminate the smell. I personally think the quality ingredients outweigh the smell. They do not leave a âtasteâ in your mouth.

These are the best omega-3âs out there. Pills are a decent size, so easy to swallow. They can be taken any time of day without stomach upset. Iâve noticed a significant reduction in inflammation in my face since taking these. Best of all the ingredients are clean and great quality!
