The one supplement you should take
Supplements are an unregulated multi-billion dollar industry. We often are just paying lots of money on faith that something is happening. And now all Supplements claim to be âscience-backedâ. I am a supplements skeptic. I take this however because omega 3 is one of the most widely researched scientifically proven supplements. It is particularly good for your heart, Skin, hair and nails. And I have tried many brands over the years and this is the only one that doesnât cause any issues with fishy taste or burps.

I have taken fish oil on and off over the years and this brand is by far my favorite. Thereâs no aftertaste, I feel like they truly help me feel better and think clearer. I have no issues with swallowing them, theyâre sized well for their strength. Great price for a quality product in my opinion.
