I wish I knew about this before because I would have saved a fortune!
This is a phenomenal hair coloring product! I was hesitant because I always have had bad results from at-home hair color. I am at the point where my white hairs show up a week after I get my hair colored and after two to three weeks, I really need to do something about it. I have dark blond hair naturally with some lighter blond highlights. My colorist had mentioned that she was using 7N or 8N on me with the products she used so when I saw that this product had the color numbers rather than just the names, I decided to give it a try. It only takes 10-20 minutes to sit on your hair WITH NO ODOR! I did my hairline around my face and ears and where my part is. I was pretty through with the application and left it on for 15 minutes. It really colored my hair perfectly! So much so that I ordered another color to try to do some highlights. This won’t work for me to completely skip the salon, but if it can get me through a few more weeks, it’s worth it to me! It looks very natural and seems so much less toxic than mainstream drugstore brands. I am excited to have this option and will continue to keep it on hand. This will save me time and money and I think it should help the condition of my hair!

Skip the hairdresser with this!
Great product! Much more affordable than a touch up appointment and easy to use. Just âpaintâ it on to your grays. I let it sit for 20 minutes and then hopped in the shower to rinse it out and followed the wash/condition instructions. It looks identical to the job my hairdresser does, and it doesnât burn my scalp unlike the product she uses.Only thing to note is you may need help from a family member or friend to address the grays in the back, but thatâs true for any DIY color product.

Alternative to dyes with lots of chemicals
I use this brand frequently because of the ingredients in it. While it is not completely chemical free (if a dye says it is, it won’t work!), but I think it’s probably the best on the market, with the healthiest ingredients available. It makes my hair bouncy and shiny. The only complaint I have about it is that it doesn’t last too long. I have to dye my hair every 3/4 weeks because it does’t cover gray as easily as it covers pigmented hair. Still, it’s the best I’ve found. I have very fine and thin hair. I have never been able to have a professional stylist successfully dye my hair. Because it is so fine, it turns blonde within weeks. I guess that’s because the chemicals in most dyes are absorbed so readily into my fine hair. Naturtint works well for me, and I will continue to use it.

It covered my grey roots.
No smell. The product covered the top, my sides, and the back of my hair line roots. I did not like the brush that came in the boxâ¦too soft and wide and the gloves are thin plastic. I bought the dark brown. Bottom line it covered my stubborn grey.

Lasted 1 day
Very little product. Didnât have enough to cover my roots. I left it on for about 22 minutes. Next day the color faded off. Itâs been about a week, and my grays are fully showing & my hair looks lazy. Now I have to buy more, and do it again. Using a different root touch up brand this time. What a waste of time & money. The dollar tree brand (not naturetint) works way better (in 11 minutes). Iâve also used the regular Naturetint hair color & it worked great, but this root touch up stuff sucks.

Color fades fast
I like the color and the fact that there are no (or fewer) harsh chemicals, but the color fades or washes out fairly quickly. This doesn’t seem like permanent color to me.

Great natural dye
Iâm in live with this brand! I started having some grays on my hair and I started using the root coloring from other brands. They work well, however my hair started looking limp because of it, so I decided to try this natural brand because eventhough is not 100% natural-no hair dye that covers grays is- it seems that does less damage to the hair follicles.I tried it and not only my roots are perfectly covered, but my hair looks healthy ever since I started using this brand. I will continue to purchase.
