Impressed by the Quality and Benefits
The reason I like this supplement is because it’s gluten-free and contains 95% curcuminoids. It’s vegan and non-GMO which is amazing. I found it really supportive for joint health. Helps my lactose intolerance
I started taking turmeric for the benefits listed but to my delight, I discovered it has helped my lactose intolerance. To my doctors dismay, lol, I can now enjoy a bowl of ice cream or a glass of regular milk without the side effects of gastric issues. I was so shocked the first time I ate an ice cream sandwich at DQ, expecting the pains to start at any time. When they didnât, I returned the next day and bought another just to be sure. Again, no pain. I narrowed it down to the benefit of the turmeric because I hadnât changed anything else in my diet. I get lax occasionally and quit taking it but it only takes one episode of laying awake all night with a rumbling gut, to get me to start taking again. This brand has worked well for me. Other brands I have tried are full of fillers and donât work as good. My only complaint is having to swallow 3 pills with a meal because I usually forget. I would love to know if anyone else gets this result.

Terrible Packaging: Stains!
I appreciate this brand of turmeric in terms of how well it works, as well as the pairing of added ingredients like curcumin, which is necessary to activate the turmeric. I wish it was not only less expensive (I understand Iâm paying for quality/quantity), I also wish one service (3 pills) could be condensed into one pill, but I understand that doesnât seem to be possible with this particular supplement, regardless of brand. When paired with the appropriate type of magnesium, these help my body feel great, my husband also takes this and agrees.Sadly, these pills cannot be touched because they will stain any and everything! The packaging is TERRIBLE, always containing at least a couple broken tablets. The orange turmeric powder will stain your hands, clothes, beddingâ¦anything it touches. You can wash your hands and clothing items but the stain immediately sets in and is difficult to scrub off/out. I thought I got a fluke bottle the first time I noticed this but the messy containers have been consistent with every bottle. Production/quality control really needs to step up their game! 🙁

I had suffered from chikunguniya and there’s no specific medicine to cure it, you can only treat it’s aftereffects like joint points which can last from 3 months to 8 months. I had known about Curcumin natural healing properties and thought of searching the best available in the market. I visited one of the international site and ordered from there but the hopeless courier company or the stockist in the USA didn’t shipped and custom KYC became an issue or something happened in the transit hence I missed it. On Amazon I got the same at higher price but I choose to buy it. I’m also having my blood pressure and cholesterol control tabs but I was frequently having palpitations and chest burns. Post starting taking these tablets after a 2 weeks or so, I started quiet a relief and symptoms like overall body inflammation, chest burns started to reduce. now it’s been almost 2+ months and I think these supplements really work. I only have two meals, lunch and dinner and not after every meal as suggested. I suggest you try the same post consulting your doctors and / or you have a specific allergy history.
