quality vitamins at a great price
I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I’ve never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. Comprehensive multivitamin!
I think this vitamin is pretty comprehensive and a good price compared to other “natural” options. Make sure to take with food for proper absorption and to avoid nausea. This does have too many B vitamins – it will make your pee bright yellow, which isn’t much of a concern to me but may be if you have any kidney issues. I’ve noticed differences in my hair and nails when I take it regularly, with faster hair growth and stronger nails.
