No Fish After Taste
Our primary doctor recommended that my husband and I take the supplement but I canât remember why? Lol. We just started this week. I will ask again so meanwhile I donât see any difference. The pill is very large if you have trouble swallowing. I donât however have trouble.

Very mild, good product
Product shipped quickly and arrived intact. These are similar to most every fish oil/omega 3 fatty acid type of supplement product, which is good. In general, the reason why they are always the same large capsules is because that’s what is required to get that amount of this particular supplement.No fishy odor that I could tell. I’m not even sure why it says there’s a lemon flavor. Is someone eating these? In terms of quality, they seem to be consistent and higher quality. The health benefits of taking omega 3 fatty acid is, in part, due to the need to balance omega 3 with the other fatty acids, which are more prevalent in many ‘regular’ diets. That in turn is helpful for many parts of the body, including the brain.In terms of value, it is a 45-day supply, if you are taking two capsules daily (some doctors advise 2 twice a day, or possibly only 1, depending). That is running $13.29 a bottle, so like 30 cents a day or something like that. Overall, seems competitive.I didn’t have any issues with this product. It seems to be at least a bit better than some of the more generic types, but most of them don’t have certifications.

I am not continuing it
I did not have any side effects like burping or acid reflux. I have taken Noric Naturals Ultimate Omega 2X sold on Amazon for years and I thought I would like to try something different that cost less. Nature’s Truth came sealed well so I did not have to worry about outside contamination. They are the same size as the ones that I usually take so that wasn’t a problem but Nature’s Truth are not as smooth and have a peculiar light smell although not fishy. I was able to swallow them okay, but not as pleasantly. I’m going back to the ones that I usually take after this bottle is finished. I don’t like that these have Polysorbate 80 which can be irriating to the stomoch. Nor do I like Methacrylic acid-polymer. I can’t find this combination together to search the safety of it. Methacrylic Copolymer is considered generaly safe but Methacrylic Acid is not considered safe. All in all, I like the stronger version of what I was taking and am going back to it.

Fish oil
I take fish oil daily and take the top brands listed on Amazon. I have tried many different brands and this seems fine. I just donât think I would purchase these as I prefer third party tested. These are good for those on a budget or want to try to add fish oil to their diet.

These fish oil softgels seem like a good quality and are similar in size to other varieties of fish oil. They have a slight matte looking appearance to the surface of the pill and is maybe just slightly more difficult to take as it makes it not as smooth and slippery. I haven’t noticed any negative effects or any fish scent. The company seems transparent in their manufacturing with being listed as GMP certified and produced in a FDA certified facility.

These omega 3 supplements are a breath of fresh air. They pack a standard serving of fish oil and are lemon-flavored, so no fishy burps unless you decide to bite directly into one. At $14, itâs a great deal to maintain your cholesterol health!

This fish oil supplement from Nature’s Truth is great because it’s completely odorless and has a light lemon flavor, so no fishy aftertaste. The 2400mg serving provides a good amount of Omega-3s. It’s non-GMO and gluten-free, which is what I look for.

So much to like
These capsules are coated so theyâre easy to swallow. Some find them a bit big, but I donât think so. If they werenât coated, that might be an issue. They have very little fish smell, but the best thing is no fish burps! I hate that, so Iâm happy with these. This product offers a really good quality fish oil, filtered for mercury, and with a high enough amount to do what youâre looking for, and at a reasonable price. I would absolutely get these again.
